Chest: measured from 2cm below the arms around the front and back of garment
Length: measured from the centre of the back at the top of the label to the bottom of the jumper.
Sleeves: measured from the bottom of the neckband (at the side) to the sleeve end.
Sizing Information
Snowdrop Merino children’s jumpers are generous in size and the sizing relates to the childs age. One size up from their age is generally all you need to go so they get around 2 years out of their jumper. The jumpers have plenty of ‘give’ in them being made of fine merino wool.
If you purchase the wrong size we will be happy to exchange your purchase for the correct size, provided it is in an unwashed and unworn state.
Sizes do sell out in some colours, so be sure to check availability when choosing a jumper.
Garment Care
Snowdrop Merino Jumpers are made of Superwash Wool.
- Superwash Wool can be machine washed in warm water, up to 40 degrees using the wool wash cycle on your washing machine and using an approved wool detergent.
- Your jumper can also be hand washed using warm water and a wool approved detergent.
- Knitwear should be dried flat for best results, at room temperature and away from direct sunlight or heat. Gently shape to remove any folds or creases.
- Do not tumble dry!
- Jumpers should be gently folded and stored in drawers, not on coat hangers.
- If you need to iron out the odd wrinkle, set your iron on the wool setting. Always use steam when pressing Merino. Avoid ironing fabric when it is totally dry.
- For long term storage, your jumper should be packed clean in an airtight bag or container to avoid any potential moth attacks.
- If using moth balls don’t put them directly on the fabric.

Snowdrop Merino accepts the following payment methods:
- VISA and Mastercard (using the secure Stripe payment system)
- Paypal (you can also pay with a credit card using Paypal, even if you don’t have a paypal account)
- Direct Deposit
- Cheque (please contact us via phone/email if you wish to pay this way)
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
You will be given 3 choices of payment method when placing your online order and will be directed to a payment site ie Paypal, Credit Card or provided with direct deposit payment details.
Snowdrop Merino will be advised when an online payment has been cleared and then we will dispatch your order within 48 hours.
For other payments ie. direct deposit, we will dispatch your order as soon as our bank has confirmed that the payment has cleared so it may be up to a few days after receiving payment before we are able to dispatch your order.
Delivery Charges
Snowdrop Merino uses Australia Post for delivery, using Parcel Post Satchels.
Australian Deliveries
We charge a flat-rate delivery fee Australia wide.

International Deliveries
We currently ship to :
UK – flat rate $30, NZ – flat rate $15 and USA – flat rate $25. These rates apply for up to 3 garments. Please contact us at info@snowdropmerino.com.au if you wish to ship to another international location
We use Australia Post – Air postal services.
This includes online tracking, email notifications when posted, apon arrival in the destination country and when delivered.

In accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

Items will be posted within 48 hours of making your online purchase, unless otherwise stated.
For those paying via cheque or direct deposit, items will be sent once payments have been deposited in our account and the funds have cleared.
Returns & Exchanges
Snowdrop Merino guarantees the workmanship of its jumpers. Any fault in the manufacture of the garment will be exchanged or refunded at our expense. We will credit your original method of payment including delivery.
Please note: a scissor cut in the garment as a result of opening the packaging will not be refunded.
If you purchase the incorrect size, colour or the garment is not as you expected, Snowdrop Merino will exchange the item provided it is returned in an unused condition with tags attached, within 14 days of your purchase. The purchaser will be responsible for postage costs.
Please outline the reason for the return and provide proof of purchase such as a copy of your original receipt.

Terms Of Service

The Contract
The submission of an order via this web site constitutes an offer to purchase on the part of the submitter (‘customer’). No contract shall subsist between the customer and Snowdrop Merino until Snowdrop Merino confirms an order via email to the customer. Prices provided in a written quotation from Snowdrop Merino as a result of an inquiry to this web site shall be valid for 30 days from the dispatch date of the written quotation
Payment
Payment for goods provided by Snowdrop Merino shall be made in advance of dispatch of the products. Payment may be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or our secure payment facility through Paypal. No goods will be shipped unless payment has been received in full. All goods shall remain the property of Snowdrop Merino until payment has been received in full.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery of products will be handled by our couriers and/or Australia Post whichever is the most cost effective. Snowdrop Merino makes no guarantee regarding arrival times via standard delivery. For overseas orders the delivery charge depends on the destination – we will discuss the freight costs with you before despatch. The customer shall be responsible for inspecting their goods on delivery and must inform Snowdrop Merino of any defect or shortage in the order within seven days of receipt.
Privacy Policy
Snowdrop Merino respects the privacy of its customers. Personal data collected during checkout will only be used for the processing and fulfilment (delivery) of orders. We do not pass, rent, sell or otherwise circulate customer data or email addresses to any third parties, including list brokers.
