As soon as payment has cleared, your order will be shipped within 48 hours. We use Australia post parcels and if you live in a regional area, expect arrival within a week, and longer for some locations, as Australia post services have recently reduced.
Will you accept international orders?
Yes we do, please contact us before ordering for the postage price. The advertised flat rate postage is Australia wide only. If you make the purchase using the flat rate postage before contacting us, you will be required to pay an extra fee depending on where it’s going.
Can I wash my jumper in the machine?
Yes, these jumpers are machine washable. They have a ‘superwash’ treatment during processing that prevents shrinkage. For jumper longevity we recommend using a gentle cycle, no hotter than 40 degrees celcius. See our information on garment care. Do not tumble dry.
Do you personally grow the wool that goes into these jumpers?
No, however all the wool is sourced from Australian grown fine merino wool sheep. We do not blend the yarn with any other fibres, guaranteeing a superior product that does not pill, itch, shrink or wear out before it should.
Are your garments Australian made?
You bet! We are passionate about supporting local industry for all aspects of this little business, which is why we now sell our garments with the Australian Made license.
Can I pay for a purchase over the phone?
Certainly, we are more than happy to take phone orders.
